Shipping
1.16 Orders will be processed and delivered without undue delay, no later than 30 days after the order has been placed.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
1.19 You have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
1.20 The cancellation period starts when your order is placed and ends 14 days after you receive your goods.
1.21 To cancel, notify us by email or phone before the cancellation period ends.
1.22 If you have received the goods, you must retain them and take reasonable care. Return them at your cost (unless faulty) as soon as possible.
1.23 We may charge for our direct costs of recovering the goods if you fail to return them.
1.24 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of your cancellation notice, or receipt of returned goods.
1.25 You will not have the right to cancel certain goods, including: (a) Personalised or custom-made products; (b) Perishable goods; (c) Sealed items unsealed after delivery and unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons; (d) Audio/video recordings or software unsealed after delivery; (e) Newspapers, magazines or periodicals; (f) Services related to accommodation, transport, catering or leisure where the contract provides a specific date or period.
1.26 You will lose your right to cancel if: (a) You unseal hygiene-sensitive goods; (b) You unseal software or media; (c) You combine goods after delivery so that they are inseparable.
